This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal data when you use our websites and any services that link to this Policy (the “Services”), and explains your choices and rights.

By using the Services or providing information to us, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to information we collect:

  • Through the Services.
  • In electronic communications between you and the Services (e.g., email, chat, or forms).
  • Through our advertising and applications on third-party services if they link to this Policy.

This Policy does not apply to information collected:

  • On websites that do not link to this Policy.
  • By third parties (including affiliates) through applications or content that may be linked to or accessible from the Services.

We may provide additional or different privacy notices for certain features or programs. Those notices supplement or replace this Policy to the extent of any conflict.

Children and minors

Our Services are not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that personal data has been collected from a child under 18 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it.

Personal data we collect

“Personal data” means information that identifies, relates to, or describes you or your household, or is reasonably capable of being associated with you, such as name, email, IP address, or device identifiers. We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account and contact information, such as name, postal address, email address, and telephone number.
  • Demographic information, such as age, gender, education, or similar attributes if you choose to provide them.
  • Location information, including general location (country, state/province, city) and, if you grant permission, precise geolocation.
  • · Device and technical information, such as IP address, device identifiers, operating system, browser type and settings, preferred language, and similar data.
  • Usage data, such as pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, and interactions with our Services.
  • Content you provide, including profile information, inquiries, and communications with us.
  • Images, audio, or video you submit or enable in connection with the Services.

We also create and use aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you. If we combine non-personal data with personal data, we treat the combined data as personal.

How we collect data

  • You provide it directly, for example when you create an account, fill out a form, or communicate with us.
  • Automatically, via cookies, pixels, web beacons, software development kits (SDKs), and similar technologies when you use the Services.
  • From service providers and partners that support our operations (e.g., hosting, analytics, communications, advertising technology).

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar tools to operate and improve the Services, analyze usage, remember preferences, and market our offerings. You can set your browser to block or alert you about cookies, but some features may not work. Some third parties may set cookies or use similar technologies on our Services for analytics or advertising. We do not control third-party technologies; refer to those parties’ policies for details.

If applicable law treats certain tracking as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising,” you may have the right to opt out. See Your Rights and Choices below and the California Privacy Notice for state-specific options. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as required by law.

How we use personal data

We use personal data to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services and related features.
  •  Communicate with you, including responding to inquiries and sending administrative messages.
  • Personalize content and experiences.

  • Enforce terms and policies; prevent fraud, security incidents, and misuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the rights of others.
  • Fulfill any other purpose described to you at the time of collection or with your consent.

We may use technologies such as machine learning and large language models to analyze usage and improve our Services. Where required, we obtain consent or provide opt-outs.

How we disclose personal data

We may disclose personal data as follows:

  • To our affiliates and subsidiaries.
  • To service providers and contractors who perform services for us (e.g., hosting, analytics, security, communications, customer support) under contracts that restrict their use of personal data to the services performed.
  • To a buyer or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, or other transaction involving transfer of assets.
  • To comply with law, regulation, legal process, or lawful requests by public authorities.

  • With your consent or at your direction.
  • In aggregated or de-identified form that does not identify you.

Your rights and choices

Your options may include:

  • Cookies and tracking: You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies and other trackers. Some features may not function without them. You may also email legal@levantarglobal.com with specific tracking preferences.
  • Marketing: You can opt out of marketing emails by following unsubscribe instructions in such emails or by emailing legal@levantarglobal.com.
  • Targeted advertising: If you do not want us to use data for cross-context behavioral advertising, follow the opt-out methods applicable in your jurisdiction.
  • Third-party advertising choices: Industry tools (e.g., the Network Advertising Initiative and Digital Advertising Alliance) provide additional options to control interest-based advertising. Your browser or device may offer privacy controls including GPC.

To exercise state privacy rights available to you (e.g., access, portability, correction, deletion, and opt-outs), email legal@levantarglobal.com. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law. You may appeal a decision regarding your request by emailing legal@levantarglobal.com.

Data security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data. However, no system is completely secure. Transmission of data via the internet is at your own risk. Please take steps to protect your information.

Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as otherwise permitted by law, considering the nature of the data, the context and purposes of processing, and our legal and operational obligations. At the end of applicable retention periods, we delete, de-identify, or anonymize personal data.

California Privacy Notice

This California Privacy Notice supplements the information above and applies solely to California residents (“consumers”). It explains our practices and your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”).

1. Scope and role. We act as a “business” when we determine the purposes and means of processing personal information about consumers, households, or devices. This notice does not apply to certain employment or business-to-business data where exemptions may apply.

2. Categories of personal information we collect. In the past 12 months, we collected:

  • Identifiers (e.g., real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, IP address, email address, account name, device IDs).
  • Personal information under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e) (e.g., contact details).
  • · Internet or other electronic network activity information (e.g., browsing history, search history, interactions with our Services, analytics, cookies, pixels).
  • Geolocation data (general location; precise location only with your permission).
  • Inferences drawn from other personal information to create a profile about consumer preferences or characteristics.
  • Sensitive personal information only if you provide it or we collect it for specific features, and then solely for permitted purposes.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

1. Sources. We collect personal information directly from you, automatically from your device and browser when you use the Services, and from service providers and partners (e.g., hosting, analytics, advertising technology).

2. Purposes. We use personal information for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing and securing the Services, communicating with you, personalizing experiences, conducting analytics, marketing our offerings, enforcing terms, and complying with legal obligations.

3. Disclosures for business purposes. We disclose personal information to service providers and contractors for operational business purposes pursuant to contracts that restrict use to the services performed and require appropriate safeguards.

4. Selling or sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” personal information as defined under the CCPA with advertising and analytics partners to deliver cross-context behavioral advertising. Shared categories may include identifiers, internet/network activity, and inferences. You have the right to opt out of such sharing, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as required.

5. Retention. We retain personal information as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described or as otherwise permitted by law, considering the nature of the information and our legal and operational obligations.

6. Your California rights. Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to:

  • Know/access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete personal information we collected from you.
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information if we use it beyond permitted purposes.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any rights.

How to exercise your rights. Submit requests by emailing legal@levantarglobal.com. We currently do not share any data for cross-context behavioral advertising but should this change, you will be able to opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising (and, if applicable, to limit the use of sensitive personal information), by using the “Your Privacy Choices” link added in our site footer.  We will verify requests to a reasonable degree of certainty based on the nature and sensitivity of the data and the type of request. If you designate an authorized agent, we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.

1. Opt-out preference signals. If your browser or device sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of “sharing” for that browser or device and, if you are logged in, for your account.

2. Financial incentives. If we offer financial incentives related to the collection, retention, sale, or sharing of personal information, we will disclose the material terms and your right to withdraw at any time.

3. Notice at collection. We collect the categories of personal information listed above for the purposes described and retain personal information as described in this notice. Providing personal information is voluntary, but some features may not function without it.

4. Contact. California residents may contact us at legal@levantarglobal.com regarding this notice.
